This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is in a newer complex with an elevator just off Bus Hwy 54.  A great location for a getaway weekend or a weeks vacation.  The pictures do not do it justice.  The decor is beautiful.  The palm theme is throughout the condo.  A very relaxing place.  Close to the Bagnell Dam Strip by car and several restaurants in the area plus mini-golf and go cart tracks. Lots of things to do on the strip or shopping in 110 store outlet mall.  The Ridge and The Cove course for golf is close.   The morning sun on the deck is a great way to start the day.

3 Pools & 2 Hot Tubs, Furnished beautifully, gas fireplace. Great view of the main channel from the deck with gas grill. 1 level down from the parking lot  with all the comforts of home.  Very Tastefully decorated in a Palm Tree theme.  Very easy access off HWY HH.  Complex has a walkway around the waterfront for the early morning or evening stroll.  An elevator is available for you use.

With this location you can get to all the waterfront Restaurants and go-cart tracks, mini-golf, shopping 110 store Outlet Mall,  Boating and all water sports available.  State park is with-in driving distance which has walking trails, boat rental, fishing and picnicing.  The Lake has a lot to offer our visitors and hope you can make this location your destination.

Summer rates  MAY 1 thru SEPT 30  $239 per night  STAY 3 pay for  2.5, STAY 4 PAY FOR 3, stay  7 nights  pay for 5 NIGHTS A cleaning fee of $80. Special rates do not apply to holiday weekends, Memorial, 4TH OF JULY, Labor day. 

Winter rates are  $150per night  OCT 1 THRU APRIL30
